Sponsored placement terms
1. Service purchased
A completed payment purchases clearly labelled promotional visibility in the Sponsored Leaderboard. The editorial index and its evidence-based ordering are independent of sponsorship. Sponsored placement is advertising; it is not an award, certification or promise of professional quality.
2. Who may purchase
The purchaser must be at least 18 and authorized to promote the submitted designer, studio, brand, portfolio and social account. False identity, unlawful content, plagiarism, infringement and misleading claims are prohibited.
3. Target amount and ordering
The minimum target amount is €1. The target amount, currency and any applicable tax treatment are shown before redirection to PayPal. A new listing pays its target amount. If the same listing is raised later, the checkout charges only the difference between the new target and its current completed total. The new target must be at least €1 higher. Profiles are ordered by completed target total; if totals are equal, the earliest confirmed completed payment takes precedence. There is no chance element or cash prize, and another profile can overtake yours by choosing a higher target.
4. Activation
Placement activates only after PayPal confirms a completed payment and Creadexia's server-side checks pass. A payment that is cancelled, rejected, reversed or not matched to the order does not activate a position.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Requests must be sent to hola@condi.es with the PayPal order ID. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Where the buyer is a consumer, any statutory withdrawal information and consequences are shown before payment. If immediate activation means the service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, the checkout requests the express request and acknowledgement required by law. Fraudulent, unauthorized or unlawful listings may be removed; any refund is handled in accordance with applicable law and the reason for removal.
6. Receipt and invoice
Payment confirmation is sent to the billing email. The purchaser must provide accurate billing details and tax information where relevant. Invoices are issued by the operator in accordance with applicable tax rules; the operator does not provide tax advice to purchasers.
7. Records and safety
Creadexia records the PayPal order and capture identifiers, accepted terms, target and charged amounts, billing details, activation and resulting total for service delivery, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Full card or bank details are handled by PayPal and are not stored by Creadexia.
8. Liability and changes
No audience size, traffic, sales or professional outcome is guaranteed. Material rule changes are announced in advance and do not retrospectively change completed purchases except where required by law, fraud prevention or security.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Complaints can first be sent to hola@condi.es; this does not limit any right to contact a competent consumer or supervisory authority.
