Data used

We process submitted profile and portfolio information, country, social handles, billing name, billing email, billing country, optional tax ID, PayPal order and capture references, accepted terms, aggregate page-view counters, security logs and support communications. Full card or bank details are processed by PayPal and are not stored by Creadexia.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to publish and moderate profiles, deliver and evidence sponsored placement, issue invoices, display aggregate site statistics, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes and respond to requests. Marketing messages are sent only where a separate lawful basis exists.

Recipients

Data is shared only as necessary with hosting and database providers, PayPal for payment processing, security providers and professional advisers. Each provider is used under an appropriate contractual and privacy framework. PayPal also processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Public profile information is kept while the profile is active or until a valid removal request. Payment, invoice, contractual, dispute and anti-fraud records are kept for the periods required by tax, accounting and legal rules. Aggregate visit buckets are retained for service statistics and may be deleted or anonymized periodically.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing hola@condi.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent supervisory authority.

Security

Credentials are protected as server secrets. Payment confirmation is validated server-side, PayPal webhook signatures are checked, and order finalization is idempotent so the same payment cannot receive duplicate credit.
